Paperless Direct Debits

option provides a great opportunity for you to get your customers signed up to
your services there and then. You don’t want to run the risk of losing business
waiting for mandates to be returned.
It also allows you to take full advantage of more efficient sales channels and
enables you to sign up payers without them having to fill in a direct debit
instruction (DDI). Not only will you reduce the amount of paperwork in the
office you will also eliminate administration time and postage costs.
There are 2 different sign up methods for the E-Commerce Sector
Internet – Customers have the opportunity to sign up to
direct debit via your website. You can set them up straight away with no
delay.
Telephone – Enables you to collect customer details over
the telephone and enter them into our Direct Debit Management System (DDMS)
for immediate processing.
Paper Based
We can also help facilitate the use of the more traditional AUDDIS paper
based method. Get your client to fill in the DDI and send it back to you.
Once you have entered the details into our DDMS we will do the rest .
