PCI Complaint: - We are PCI Compliant Level 1 Service Provider. All transactions
passing through our Gateway are covered under our Level 1 certification. This is
the highest standard of data security as measured by the Payment Card Industry
and has so far been awarded to just 1,000 service providers worldwide.
BACS Approved Bureau:- We are an independent BACS Bureau sponsored by a leading
UK Bank. Lateral Payments Solutions is able to securely submit and collect
payments on your behalf through the BACS System.
In order to get our accreditation status we must comply with the very strict
guidelines and procedures laid down by BACS. We are subject to regular visits by
BACS Inspectors who conduct a detailed audit of 5 specific areas. Lateral
Payments Solutions have successfully fulfilled all of these criteria.
